We believe having a designated space to be your authentic self with your fellow humans is truly empowering. What a wonderful thing it is when you’re able to be who you are with others and feel a part of a community.

This is what we build at connection parties!

Parties consist of:

• Group meditation

• Fun ice breaker and get-to-know-you games

• Deep-dive, authentic relating exercises to share whoever we are that day and navigate through our inner lives.
